If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we will be happy to find a solution.
Please return the item in new condition within the 14 days of receipt along with your name & address.
Unfortunately we cannot refund shipping & handling fees and the customer is responsible for the shipping fees unless the item was faulty.
All SALE items are final and non-refundable.

We have a 3-4 working day processing time. We start the processing orders as soon as we get them and most are shipped out sooner.

Please note-We always keep proof of postage and tracking numbers for you to track your parcels. We are not responsible for packages lost in the post.
