We have a 3-4 working day processing time. We start the processing orders as soon as we get them and most are shipped out sooner.

We ship signed for  2nd Class Royal Mail

Please note-We always keep proof of postage and tracking numbers for you to track your parcels. We are not responsible for packages lost in the post.

We ship internationally via USPS tracked standard. If you are unable to checkout successfully at checkout please email me leahevans3@hotmail.com and i can assist you.

RETURNS

We do our very best to provide quality products that you will love and enjoy in your home. We value all our customers and want them to be completely happy wit their cushion covers.

If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we will be happy to find a solution.

Please return the item in new condition within the 14 days of receipt along with your name & address.

Unfortunately we cannot refund shipping & handling fees and the customer is responsible for the shipping fees unless the item was faulty.

All SALE items are final and non-refundable.

Does it come with the inserts?

We sell it as a cover only. However, we do sell inserts on the site to match the cover you choose, just select square or lumbar and I will match the rest. Please note- your insert will arrive separate to the cushion cover.

Can I return my items for an exchange or refund?

What size inserts do I need?

It states in the listing description what size the cushion cover is. I always recommend getting 1-2” bigger in your inserts for the plumper look. I sell inserts on the site, just search inserts and ten choose square or lumbar shape and I will ensure to match the insert to the cover in your order. Otherwise you can email me a note against your order to inform me of which cover you wish an insert for.
